A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party results provider; Dublin Residents Directory does not keep its own copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains the information included in that message and is used to respond.

Routine hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps operate and improve the service. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.

Information is used to operate the service, investigate technical issues, measure traffic, and improve its pages. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual visitor profiles are not created.

Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their own privacy policies apply to information submitted there, including information submitted through sponsored results provided by another company.

Hosting and support providers may process server logs for the service. Analytics and advertising providers can receive the automatic technical information described above. Information is disclosed in response to valid legal process when required.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles stored by this service.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information, and it will be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to seek access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a service. This review did not identify a comprehensive Ohio consumer-data deletion statute that applies generally to private directory references. Because Dublin Residents Directory keeps little information, requests are normally limited to reviewing its contact mailbox and server logs and removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Ohio state, county, or city offices are outside this service’s control; direct a removal request to the record custodian.
