Dublin Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections related to Dublin, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. Neither it nor information found through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance
- Scrape, copy, or republish the service’s content at scale
- Interfere with the service’s operation or security
3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. No material here, nor any result from a linked search tool, is a consumer report. 6. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions based on records reached through it.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from misuse of the service or a breach of these terms.

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting brief passages with attribution is permitted; republication of full pages or systematic copying is not.

For the public-records routes described here, the governing Ohio access statute is the Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio Revised Code §149.43; that statute applies to public-office records and does not make this private service a government custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
